The following terms set out the agreement between you and EONIX Research ("EONIX", "we", "us", "our") whenever you visit our website, browse our catalogue or place an order with us. By continuing to use the site you confirm that you have read these terms and accept them in full. If any part of them does not work for you, please do not use the site or purchase from us.

1. Scope of these Terms

These Terms apply to every interaction you have with the EONIX website, including ordering, account creation and any communication that flows from it. We may refine or update them over time to keep pace with our product range, with regulatory changes, or with improvements to the service. The latest version will always be the one published here, and your continued use of the site after an update counts as acceptance of the revised text.

2. Who Can Use the Site

EONIX Research is intended exclusively for qualified research professionals. By accessing the site or placing an order you confirm that you are at least 21 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract, and are using our products within a controlled research setting.

3. Intended Use of Our Products

Every item supplied by EONIX is sold strictly for laboratory research and development. Our peptides and related materials are not pharmaceuticals, not food supplements and not cosmetics. They are not intended — and must never be used — to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition in humans or animals. Responsibility for safe handling, ethical use and compliance with local law rests with the purchaser.

4. Orders, Pricing and Payment

An order placed on our site is an offer to buy, which becomes a contract only once we have confirmed acceptance and stock availability. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order at our discretion, for example where a product is unavailable, where pricing or product information has been displayed in error, or where a transaction looks suspicious. Orders are dispatched only after payment has cleared in full. We currently accept bank transfer and selected cryptocurrencies.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders confirmed and paid before 2 pm CET on a business day are normally packed and handed to our carrier the same afternoon. Delivery within Germany is typically next business day, and most EU destinations arrive within two to five business days. Times outside the EU vary with customs clearance. While we plan carefully, delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees; once a parcel leaves our facility the carrier is responsible for transit, and we cannot accept liability for delays caused by customs, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

6. Your Account

If you register an account on the EONIX site you are responsible for keeping your login details private and for everything that happens under that account. Please notify us straight away if you believe your credentials have been compromised so we can help secure the account.

7. Intellectual Property

The EONIX brand, logos, product imagery, written content, packaging design and site layout are owned by or licensed to EONIX Research and are protected by intellectual-property law. You are welcome to view and reference our content for personal, non-commercial research use, but you may not copy, redistribute, republish or commercially exploit any part of it without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EONIX Research will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from the use of our website, products or services, including loss of profit, data or research outcomes. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability in connection with any single order is capped at the amount actually paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be lawfully limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any contract formed under them, are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to the competent German courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights that may apply in your country of residence.
